🛒 Online Orders 网上订单

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
包裹签收后，您可在 3 天内 申请换货。

Exchanges are only accepted for 仅接受以下换货原因：

  • Wrong size 尺码错误

  • Manufacturing defect 制造瑕疵

Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags attached.
商品必须保持全新、未穿戴、吊牌完整。

We do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit with no expiry date.
我们不提供现金退款，所有通过审核的退货将以无使用期限的购物金形式返还。

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
除非商品本身有问题，否则退货运费需由买家承担。


📦 Unboxing Video Required 必须提供开箱视频

To process returns or exchanges, please record a clear, continuous, unedited video of your unboxing process.
申请退换货时，必须录制一段清晰、连续、无剪辑的开箱视频。

The video should show 视频内容需包括：

  • You opening the parcel 拆开包裹过程

  • Quantity and condition of all items 商品数量与状态

  • Any defect or incorrect item clearly 瑕疵或错误商品的清楚展示

Requests without video proof will not be accepted.
未提供视频的申请将不予受理。


⚠️ Non-Exchangeable Items 不可退换货商品

  • In-store purchases are final sale and non-refundable, non-exchangeable. 所有门市购买商品为最终销售，不接受退换货。

  • Sale items, promotional goods, discounted products, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for exchange or refund. 特价商品、促销商品、折扣品、清仓品与礼品卡一律不可退换。


🛠 Defective or Wrong Items 商品问题处理

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
如收到的商品有瑕疵或错误，请在收货 3 天内与我们联系。

We reserve the right to inspect and verify the issue before approving an exchange.
我们保留对问题商品进行审核与判断的权利。

If approved, we will arrange a replacement and cover the return shipping.
如确认属实，我们将提供换货并承担来回运费。

All in-store purchases are final sale — please check your items carefully before payment.
